Get Curious Consultation Groups

Get Curious Consultation Groups are designed for Associate MFT and PCC therapists who want to deepen their professional identity development and consult about their work with clients. Groups are forming now and are open to all pre-licensed Associate level clinicians, regardless of previous experience, practice settings or therapeutic approach.

I have more than 30 years experience as a teacher, mentor and consultant in the field of interpreting. My work with mentees is grounded in the work of an educational philosopher named Vygotsky and focuses on inquiry and reflective non-evaluative feedback. I work with individuals to help them identify their Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) and move to next steps of their growth.

In a collaborative environment, participants will have the opportunity to share experiences, receive feedback and guidance and grow in understanding of professional ethics. We will support each other in navigating challenges of working with diverse populations and learn from the experience of peers. We’ll share interventions, do arts-based processing for insight, and get curious and wonder into what is going on for ourselves and clients.

Details will be finalized in terms of location of the meetings and dates once cohorts (4-6 Associates) is formed. Group will meet for two and a half hours once a month. The cost is $150/meeting. A four month commitment is requested and can be renewed.
